Choose the service level that best matches the visible condition of your shower. Each package below provides its price, service time, complete scope and limitations.
Silicone Replacement Only
Suitable for: Showers where the tile and grout remain in acceptable condition but the silicone is stained, deteriorated, separating or missing.
Option 1 — Basic Restoration
Suitable for: Showers with soap buildup, mineral deposits, visible surface mould staining and discoloured grout that is still reasonably intact.
Option 2 — Basic Restoration and Sealing
Suitable for: Showers with soap buildup, mineral deposits and discoloured grout that is still intact, where the client also wants penetrating sealer applied.
Option 3 — Premium Regrouting Package
Suitable for: Older showers with cracked, missing, deteriorated or deeply discoloured grout that cleaning alone cannot correct.

TilesRus reviews the condition and provides a written package recommendation, scope, exclusions, service time and price.
Choose the package that fits your shower and budget. A 40% deposit is required to secure the service date.
All included residential work is completed during one scheduled appointment. The remaining 60% balance is due upon same-day completion.
Photographs are helpful but are not required to submit an inquiry or secure a date. The deposit is what secures and confirms the appointment.
When Does a Shower Need Restoration?
Daily moisture, soap residue, minerals and repeated cleaning gradually affect grout, silicone and tile surfaces. The appropriate service depends on whether the grout is stained but still sound, or deteriorated, cracked, missing or no longer properly filled.
TilesRus treats visible surface staining and restores accessible tile, grout and silicone. Hidden mould, concealed water damage, plumbing problems and failed waterproofing systems require separate investigation and are not included in standard restoration packages.
Clear Scope Before the Work Begins
Every TilesRus quotation identifies what is included, what is not included, estimated job duration, required curing time, payment terms and the selected package.
Shower Restoration Questions
Can every dark or stained grout joint be cleaned back to its original colour?
Not always. Professional cleaning can provide substantial improvement, but stains that have penetrated deeply into porous grout may remain. Where grout is deteriorated or permanently discoloured, removal and replacement under Option 3 may be recommended.
Do you remove mould?
TilesRus treats visible surface mould and mildew staining where reasonably possible. Hidden mould, contaminated building materials or moisture damage behind the tile are outside the standard restoration scope and may require a qualified remediation contractor.
Does grout sealer waterproof my shower?
No. Penetrating sealer helps compatible grout and tile resist staining and moisture absorption. It does not replace grout, repair damaged joints or create a waterproofing system.
When can I use my shower again?
For Silicone Replacement, Option 1 and Option 2, the shower is generally ready for normal use approximately 4–6 hours after completion. For Option 3 regrouting, wait at least 24 hours; 48 hours is recommended when another shower is available.
Does Option 3 include complete mosaic-floor regrouting?
Not automatically. Option 3 includes cleaning of the existing mosaic-floor grout and minor isolated repairs where reasonably possible. Complete removal and replacement of every mosaic-floor grout joint requires separate assessment and quotation.
Will the new grout match exactly?
TilesRus uses the closest reasonably available colour-matching grout. An exact match with aged, stained or previously repaired grout cannot be guaranteed.
Do you repair shower leaks or waterproofing?
Standard restoration packages do not include plumbing, leak diagnosis, shower-pan replacement, waterproofing replacement, substrate repair or hidden water-damage repair.
Are photographs required before booking?
Photographs are helpful for a preliminary recommendation but are not mandatory. A service date is secured only after the required deposit is received.
Is shower-glass polishing included?
No. Glass polishing, scratch removal and advanced glass restoration are outside the standard package scope.
